Shipping

After placing an order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and verifying credit card authorization.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once the order is shipped. Generally shipping takes 2-3 days depending on the destination. We presently only ship within the United States and to address confirmed by PayPal.

If your address is listed as unconfirmed, this means your shipping address does not match your billing address or your address was typed in incorrectly… We will not ship to unconfirmed shipping addresses nor will PayPal accept your payment… Usually you can confirm your shipping address by having the items shipped to the billing address of the card being used. If you are still experiencing problems, you can contact PayPal directly at 1-888-221-1161. You do not need a PayPal account to contact PayPal and confirm your shipping address.

We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office (USPS) due to natural disasters or delays due to the holidays. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.

  

Returns

Luv Goddess Virgin Hair takes great pride in our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our hair. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. While we have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for product exchange within 3 days of purchase on a case by case basis. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition.

The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returned items and the item of exchange, unless it has been found to be an error on our part.

If you want to exchange an item you will need to contact us via email at luvgoddesshair@gmail.com and inform us of your issue. Please do not send items back for return until you contact us first for approval.

 

Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 3 days of the receipt for an exchange.

 To Exchange:

 1. Items must be in its original condition as stated above

 2. Ship back for exchange within 3 days of receipt
